The African pygmy hedgehog (Atelerix albiventris) is the most commonly domesticated species of hedgehog. In the wild, these animals are opportunistic and will eat many things including fruit and vegetables, but the majority of the diet is composed of insects.
Each individual ~2" specimen is in excellent condition, however, they may vary slightly in appearance.
