Shipping available Canada-wide via Canada Post and FedEx unless otherwise indicated. All plants are shipped bare-root (without pot or soil) to reduce costs and avoid crushing damage. We ship out every Monday, if your order is placed after 12:00pm on Monday, it will be shipped the following week. For the safety of your plants, please select the fastest shipping option at checkout to avoid shipping delays due to COVID-19. We do not offer refunds on living products that have been shipped or picked up in-store. If you wish to have plants shipped, please understand that it is at your own risk and we will not take financial responsibility for anything that does not survive the trauma of shipment.
